All Sales Final
Because every piece at Saf & Co is individually sourced and carefully curated — often one of a kind — all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
This policy applies to every item in our shop, including sale items and promotional purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Before You Order
We want you to love what you receive. Before placing your order:
- Review the product photos from multiple angles on the product page
- Read the description for material, dimensions, and finish details
- Reach out with questions — we're happy to share more photos or measurements before you buy: [email protected]
Damaged Items & Shipping Errors
We make two exceptions to our final-sale policy:
- Items damaged in transit — if your piece arrives broken or damaged, we'll make it right
- Wrong item shipped — if we send the wrong piece, we'll correct our mistake
To report either, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. We respond to every customer quickly and would much rather resolve issues directly.
